Men's Group: we support you to connect with other newcomer men, learn together, improve your English, and get involved in the community with useful activities.
-
Information Sessions: we help you learn about life in Canada, settlement help, Canadian culture, and your rights and responsibilities.
-
Seniors' Group: Come & enjoy group activities focusing on health, wellness, and art for seniors.
-
Skill Building: Our Skill-Building Sessions, offered in partnership with like-minded organizations, help newcomers learn useful skills, get hands-on experience, and earn certificates to improve their resumes and job chances.
-
Youth Wellness Program: Our fun and easy-to-join group activities are a safe space to learn about important topics like family roles and building healthy relationships, all while respecting your culture. Parents and caregivers are welcome to join too, so families can learn together and talk about what they’ve learned at home.
-
Diversity and Inclusion Program: Our program helps you understand Canada’s diverse communities, cultures, and values. You’ll gain the confidence to connect with people from different backgrounds and become an active part of your new community.
-
Indigenous Program: In our program, you’ll learn about the Indigenous people of Canada—their history, culture, and traditions. We aim to help newcomers build understanding and stronger connections with Indigenous communities.
